Thanks for submitting your request. This location was inspected on 3/24/2015, at the time of the inspection, by Inspector G. Blunt, this location has an active Washington Gas permit. This permit tracking #107452 Effective Date: 3/19/2015 with an Expire Date: 5/15/2015. Work Address is GLENBROOK ROAD NW AND LOUGHBORO ROAD NW, in the intersection. Final restoration are to be completed by the permit expiration. The service request is being closed, however, PSI will continue to monitor for compliance.
