Sgt Mickey it’s been over a couple months and rv is still parked her blocking view exiting the alley how much longer are you going to risk the life of drivers that use this alley on a daily basis also no side walk so a lot of pedestrians use street to walk also putting their life in danger since vehicles exiting alley cannot see incoming traffic do to rv blocking blview from a two way street also a lot of Tennessee plates these residents reside in Hammond not Tennessee

Ma’am, I went to the alley today and checked. It is not blocking the roadway as your photo indicated. Your photo is of the back side of the camper approaching 10-20 feet back from the street. - approximately.
As you can see both neighbors on either side of the alley are positioned the same, but you only complained of the one. Both vehicles are on private property. I believe code enforcement has also been out, but just in case I will see they are assigned also.
I would enforce a violation if one was occurring on the public street, ie out of state plates. I could not see details on this plate without going onto private property. I have no legal reason to do so.
