Description

Another dumping on the frontage road of Skyline north of Grass Valley. This is the second of three branch/wood dumping in two days. It looks like a gardener is doing some work and then dumping the branches and stumps up on the frontage road. Of course, no ID was found. These are completely blocking one side of the road.
