Red Pickup Truck that has not been driven in weeks sits in the street and someone broke the driver side window out. Glass wasn't properly cleaned up, we can see it well in sunlight. They taped black plastic over the window. This house has many visitors who come and go at odd times, sometimes stay over so I don't know who owns the truck. So the issue is,
1. the truck isn't driven daily so I believe that is a code violation and the glass needs to be cleaned up.
2. The coming and going of many people from this house could warrant watching. Some kind of drug or selling operation may be happening with the large number of visitors at all hours.
