Sharraxaadda

This sidewalk is coated with a thick layer of ice that is causing many people to fall,especially at night when the ice is black. This is the corner of the block of the parking lot under the underpass, directly in front of the green parking meter. There is at least 10 feet of ice on the sidewalk and many people are walking in the street to avoid it, which is dangerous in itself.
