Drainage pipe to the pond is in county right of way and is obstructed with roots and debris. Water flows eastward to the pond all the way down Ontario Ave. Requests have been submitted before and county employee said they would attempt to break off the end of obstructed pipe and remove cut tree debris left by county’s attempts as well as concrete post footings left at street dead end by county after newer reflective posts were installed. One day after employee was here over two weeks ago, a county water pump truck came for five minutes and tried to again purge pipe using water- This was NOT what was arranged with county employee when he was here on site. He stated county would cut the pond edge of drainage pipe and THEN attempt to clear so that water would again drain freely into pond.
