Description

Abandoned house for years, trash is on lawn in front of house , not at curb, has been there for months, called 2 x's about this.
Many bags of trash and red couch, this problem exists at many address on Clinton ave,which I had sent in a email with list of addresss'as suggested by Michele(434-2489)
There should not be trash or trash cans in front it properties. (Code 313-8)It is rampant in west hill.
It's a quaility of life issue.
