Description

The back yard grass exceeds 6ft tall in the summer and the homeowners are capable and haven't shoveled (not once) in the last 3 years. This house is a walking commute to 3 elementary schools. This homeowner needs to be fined in order to hopefully take responsibility as a homeowner in a neighborhood.
