Description

I would like to report an issue with the drainage system in our area. Whenever there is heavy rain, our backyard floods. During the most recent rain on Friday, 8/11/23, our entire driveway, backyard, and section of road in front of our house and the neighbors, flooded significantly. The flooding caused damage to our property, and we lost personal items in our basement due to the drainage insufficiency. The commercial building behind us has caused an increase in issues with flooding and poor drainage. We would appreciate the city dealing with this urgent matter and make the necessary steps to improve the drainage in our area. I have a video of the seriousness of the situation if needed.
