Description

This picture is showing how far the water that is leaking goes. This resident has a leaking pipe that has been running into the streets for months. It's been reported and nothing has been done. The complaints that have been reported for this incident have been "acknowledged " and then "closed" with nothing being done. Now the leak is worse as the water is now leaking out from two different holes. The water is being wasted as it is pouring into the streets and running down for a way of a mile.
