Description

On Ferndale Rd NW and Hillcrest st NW Everytime it rains both catch drains back up causing both streets to flood with water. Been doing this for 4 yrs Everytime it rains. It's not the drain covered in debris because myself and the neighbors try to clean them up when needed. But it's not our job to keep it clean. And it still doesn't change the fact that we have a pond on both streets when it rains
