Loitering and open air drug dealing. On Saturday morning around 10am, while walking my dog, observed about 10 or 12 men loitering outside the building. Several were being loud and profane. We witnessed what appeared to be a drug deal in which one man gave a handful of white pills in exchange for crumpled up dollar bills.
