There are also flamingos outside at 323 Temple St (corner of Wall) and I know those have been 'lifted' also from time to time. There is a sticker on the bottom (bellies) that says something like 'property of UCG, please return to 323 Temple St'. Maybe someone is swapping flamingos, because I have seen ones similar to yours, on Temple St!
