Sorry about that. Just talked to Waste Industries and they apologized and said the only reason it happened is they are trying to catch up from the snow days. They've been pretty good at Trophy since the complaints six months ago so I think this is just a fluke because of the snow. We will continue to monitor it going forward.

Bull. Another day another excuse. This is at least the 6th time since January. While they're not coming at 5am anymore, they are often coming between 6 and 6:30am.

Lloyd, would you be willing to share your information with WTVD, we have over a year's worth of pictures and an acknowledgement from Trophy Brewing and RPD, including a statement from Trophy that they would terminate Waste Industries. Private matter? This is a violation of city ordinance. Your reply on 1421063 and over the past year makes it clear, especially since RPD has affirmed this violation with fines and citations over the past year.

Much like writing a speeding ticket, law enforcement must observe the violation in order to issue a citation. Much better approach is to work/communicate with the property owner, as this is located on private property. There is a post above from the Trophy Brewing Company, so they are aware and have advised they are working with their service provider.

Not the best use of law enforcement resources to perform a stake out; continually reopening the issue in SeeClickFix, when expansive explanation has been provided, is not the most effective approach.
