I'm going to assume that basins all over the city of Detroit have not been vacuumed out. The image that is located on Montgomery and Holmur. I have complained to Gary Brown and to the Mayor about this problem for more than 5 years and the City of Detroit remains derelict in its duties. This problem could easily be taken care of by the city of Detroit. In the budget for the water department, I'm sure clearing out basins are included. what line item includes cleaning out basins.?
WHAT IS A RESIDENT, TAX PAYING CITIZEN SUPPOSED TO DO WHEN THE CITY REFUSES TO TAKE CARE OF JUST THE BASIC THINGS THAT MAKE OUR LIVES MUCH MORE BETTER?
