Outstanding....Why? Have notice been sent to Owner? Evidently no one from the City has been to this resident and looked in the garage and see what's going on. Health inspector need to get over there! Ridiculous.... .on going problem for several years.

1021 days open issue and still outstanding why? City of Oakland is useless but sure in the hell can ticket you, rise taxes. CLOSE THIS ISSUE!

When PWD say they referred it to code enforcement 238-3381 that means they want you to file the compliant and do all the leg work. Plus they require prodding and repeated calls. Nuisance abatement is hit or miss also. Beyond dysfunctional.

Beyond dysfunctional the City of Oakland! Keep paying Section 8 to help these homeowners who rent out to low income or foreigners that have never paid a dime of taxes and most of all care less of cleanliness because this is quite noticeable in Oakland.

AS OF THIS DAY CITY OF OAKLAND EMPLOYEES WHO ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH MATTERS HAVE NOT MADE ANY PROGRESS AND IT'S BEEN 2 YEARS! "SEE CLICK FIX" IS A JOKE

Hey City of Oakland aren't you interested in getting taxes from these people? you charge for every got dam thing why not charge taxes to them so you can get the well deserved pay rise for doing such a great job in getting these issues/complaints resolved.

SCF is not the problem its our bumbling City leaders who are the very expensive joke to the tax payers.The PWD call center will do nothing. Code enforcement 238-3381, Nuisance abatement 238-6370, Alameda Co health dept 567-6700 and Alameda co vector control for the rats because you know there are rats. The more of your neighbors that call and complain the better.
