This is a county road and the county will be notified through DPW

I thought the Town Ordinance put the responsibility for clearing sidewalks on the property owner adjacent to the sidewalk - in this case the Town of Kearny. If its the County's responsibility, why does the DPW clear the sidewalk at the bottom of Veteran's Field adjacent to Passaic Ave. ? Shouldn't the County do this too?
