Our recycling hasn't been picked up in 2 weeks. Our bins are overflowing. They've been placed directly on the street. No neighbor's bins have been collected either.

Thanks for reporting. We will address it as soon as we can. Please remember that last week's collection was a day later because of President's Day. Also if your toter has any non recyclable items (such as: plastic bags and/or food waste) or crew can't empty it.

Wouldnt be surprised if the trucks cant fit down the street due to all snow/parking situation

Thank you. They came one day late last week and took the trash but they never came for the recycling. From what I could see we weren't the only ones who's recycling was still there. They never came for it. It looks like they finally came later today though. Thank you.
