The roads been repaired. Half-A@#$ed but repaired. You would think that with the new round-about they would have quickly repaired the surrrounding roads leading up to it, but that would take some thought and consideration. No wonder Youngstown and the surrounding cities seem like dumps compared to other cities with laws against hiring through Nepotism. It's all about the money, how much can be raked off the top and who gets a pay raise. What a shame.
