The road is still filled with potholes from the top on down to the first bend. Did they run out of money having to pay salaries that are only comparable to cities with populations reaching a million people? Something is fishy. The road money is not going where it's supposed to be going...probably in somebodies pocket.

Fix the holes up and down Kennedy/Quarry Road Hill from the Stop Sign at Kennedy and Quarry down to Jackson. Nobody believes the Freeze/Thaw theory anymore, at least those that worry where their tax dollars are going.

1625 East Indianola Avenue Youngstown, Ohio - Lower GibsonThe asphalt is built up more than 6 inches at this area of the road making it a safety issue. Also, the plow truck's plow struck it in the center chipping away a huge chunk of the asphalt.
Also towards the right side of the road at the same location there is a depression deeper than 6 inches which makes it a safety hazard. -

You pay taxes and you pay to have your cars repaired because of the ineptetude of the people in charge of looking out for your city streets and roads. You deserve what you get...flat tires, front ends out of alignment, accidents.....blah, blah, blah. Stand up and say something already. Freeze thaw my rump. It's the plows tearing up the roads. Put shoes on the plows on this won't happen. Use more stone than salt. Geesh!
