The sidewalk on the west elm street side of my home (242 alden ace) has been damaged by tree roots, causing extensive pooling of water after raining and icy sheets after snow. Cyrrentky the entire sidewalk is a frozen sheet of ice, posing a serious danger to those walking on the sidewalk. I myself have already fallen twice and I would like this resolved as soon as possible to prevent and serious injury
