yes, state street is quite dangerous to drive down right now. You cannot get down two lanes and god help you if a bus or a truck is going down.

State St. between Humphrey and Edwards is particularly narrow. In the morning with the regular delivery trucks on either side there is no way two cars can pass in opposite directions. There was a parking ban on the street that was followed yet no snow was removed when it was easier to plow. Now it's hard as rock and requires a heavy backhoe to remove. But i think that describes the whole City!
