Will the SFMTA finally do something to actually protect pedestrians at the Montgomery & Market street? There's a traffic enforcer and he does nothing. He has coffee with the shoe shiner. Peds are not allowed to cross when it's their turn and if they did they would get ran over. You've already delayed the ped light and that's done nothing. the traffic "enforcer" does nothing.
