During the last residential snow removal period, Subdivision alleyways were missed AGAIN!! This is the 4-5th time I have reported an issue. Seems that by friday on week two of the residential snow removal the snowplow operators are thinking of the beer and congratulations they will be receiving for getting another round of the city complete, and miss our alleyways, again... So I go report this issue, get a reply saying it will be completed next time the plows come through the area doing residential snow removal... so looking at 2 weeks at the earliest...Luckily for me I have a 4x4 and can drive over the ruts and snow that hasn't moved in a month... to boot, there is no drainage for the alleyways so when it is warm out, it just sits there, causing bigger problems once it freezes again! Get your @#$% together, its been almost 4 months, and this "problem" still has not been resolved!!!
