City of New Haven Vending enforcement staff visited the vendor last Saturday. They explained the rules and City ordinances to him. He stated that he would not return to this location. A follow up inspection will occur this weekend to make sure he is following the rules. If he is there, he will receive a fine.

I live in this area also. This has been an issue in the past and must be addressed before it gets out of hand . Before Vendors have the incorrect assumption that they can set wherever they desire. No, I do not want a flea market in my neighborhood either. I've noticed a couple of empty store fronts he can look into renting. As far as the products he is also selling may be counterfeits. I can only assume the location is not a legit location for vending also. I pay taxes that's enough permission I need to have an opinion .
