There is no "illegal dumping" involved here, just another typical pile of household junk placed at the curb by tenants as they vacated. This multiplex is on privatized waste collection and the City Sanitation Division is not responsible for any waste removal here as no one here is paying the City for any such service. Never the less, we contacted the property management about this pile because we are awesome like that. They will arrange for its removal.
