This is an ongoing problem. Also, the house next door to the east, across Grey Abbey, also blocks the sidewalk. Makes it difficult to walk there, especially for people with strollers.

I AGREE THESE PEOPLE (BOTH HOMES) PARK VEHICLES ON THE SIDEWALK EVERYDAY. THERE ARE ALLOT OF WALKERS/STROLLERS/DOG WALKERS....THAT HAVE TO GO INTO THE STREET TO GET THROUGH. FORUM IS A VERY BUSY STREET AND PEOPLE TEND TO DRIVE FAST AS THEY FLY INTO LEADMINE TOO.

Why offer Click Fix if the City of Raleigh is just going to ignore it? There is a mentally challenged person in the area that rides a 3 wheeled bike. He cannot go down Forum Dr because of the 2 neighboring vehicles that block the sidewalk.
