I personally fee that all the csrs thar were ticketed and towed on this Street on Sunday should be cleared due to the fact that the street was not plowed... If plowed trucks followed the Traffic and Parking after towing and ticketing then I could justify that but ut did not happen. I have placed several calls and emails to DPW and to Michael Carter and the Supervisor at DPW replied that the Street was passable.
