There are at least 8 water entry points, and there is only 1 drain leading into crabtree creek. The drain needs to be under constant watch so that properties in the Forest Acres neighborhood do not flood.

I'm following up with this issue that was originally opened over 6 months ago. As explained See Click Fix is a site to report issues yet no one from the city has responded or corrected the problem. This area of water has grown substantially over the years due to the problem of the water not properly draining into Crabtree Creek. In the last 2 weeks I've had 3 @#$% willows chewed down, 2 mulberry trees were chewed down 2 nights ago and last night they chewed another mulberry tree that was 10 feet tall. I believe this is a hazard and a nuisance as they are coming into dry land.
SOMEONE HELP!!!!

Hello. This item was not directed to City staff because it was submitted through SeeClickFix under the category "share with neighbors". That category gives citizens an option for sharing concerns that are outside of the City's scope of services with other citizens. Only complaints entered through one of the categories listed under Raleigh City Hall are directed to City staff. With our limited staff resources, we do not regularly monitor the items that citizens share with each other through SeeClickFix. We devote our resources to the items that are directed to City staff.
While the SeeClickFix system does not allow us to reclassify this issue into a Raleigh City Hall category, we have forwarded your complaint to the City's Public Utilities Department as well as the Stormwater Management Division in Public Works and we will provide a response when one is available.

Dear Raleigh SeeClickFix User:
In an effort to improve the user experience of SeeClickFix and to ensure that public resources are used more efficiently, we are closing out the “Post to Neighbors” category in the Raleigh version of SeeClickFix effective xx/xx/2016. The “Post to Neighbors” category was developed by SeeClickFix as a means of promoting discussion, and was never intended by SeeClickFix to be used to report specific issues that need to be addressed by a municipality.
Raleigh has experienced challenges with misrouting of issues submitted to SeeClickFix by our users. At this time we are closing all issues previously submitted to the “Post to Neighbors” category and deactivating that category on the website; if your issue remains, please open a new issue utilizing the appropriate category.
Thanks for your patience and understanding as we transition to a more effective and efficient SeeClickFix experience for our users. Thanks for participating.
