It’s 6am in the bayside and once again just like every single day for the past 18 months we have construction illegally starting before 7am. Workers get here early and move fences while trucks beep and back into spots. Portland how is this allowed to go on? So many complaints about this and nothing happens. It’s not fair to residents who wake up everyday to this for the past 2.5 years. What’s going to be done?
