Description
This property owner has a rooster on his property that begins crowing before 6:00 am every morning. It wakes me up every day and is very loud. Roosters are not allowed within city limits as per city code. Here is a picture of the bird and i have video of the crowing before dark as well. This is the third time I'm putting in this complaint and nothing has been done yet.
