Description

Homeless woman living in a white SUV with Mass license plates is currently camping in the park. She has a black shower tent up, chair, bins laying around the area. She's been sleeping in her car for weeks but she's now getting too comfortable with the tent and personal items. Our concern is another car will park there and soon the street will turn into a homeless hub. Police have been called and asked if services can be offered to her. They came, they saw and she's still there. How will anyone buy or sell property in this area if this situation progresses?
There are CT laws about encampment in parks and hopefully residential areas no? Someone please help that woman into a shelter or another location
