Effective leadership leads through example. Is this the benchmark for sidewalk clearing? Taxpayers with limited snow shelves must figure out how to manage clearing their sidewalks - what about the City? Somehow if this is how I "cleared" the sidewalk in front of my house it would not be acceptable. Lead by example please.
