It has been almost two month since this was reported. Does it normally take this long?

Thank you. We have received your updated response for the street light outage. Per Dominion Virginia Power, the bulb was replaced on 2/13/15, however, we have forward the updated information stating the street light is still not functioning. Staff at Dominion Virginia Power stated there have been an increased number of outages and they are working diligently to address outages all over the City.
