Description

When traveling east on Virginia Beach Blvd every weekday morning, this light turns red when there are no cars waiting to cross at S. Kentucky Ave. It runs through all cycles, starting with a protected left turn from westbound VA Bch Blvd to S. Kentucky, then gives S. Kentucky the green when there are absolutely no cars waiting. I suggest that this light be set to change when a car trips it instead of being on a timed cycle. At that hour in the morning, there is no reason to stop traffic on Virginia Beach Blvd when there are no cars on the cross street.
