Description

I passed the intersection of Lead Mine Rd. and Bridgeport Dr. twice this morning (return trip). In both situations I was stopped at a red light in which there was no cars present other than my own. I saw no other cars approaching the light or after I stopped. The light lasted long as if there was a stream of cars crossing, but there was none. This is not how it normally operates.
