Q. What is the type of signal?
A. Vehicular
Q. Please describe the nature of the issue. (i.e timing, signal head twisted, etc)
A. The traffic signal at the intersection of Lead Mine Rd. and Old Lead Mine Rd. is cycling more frequent than it did before Lead Mine Rd. was repaved. Please check that the controls are working properly.
