most of the people in this building are elderly.
This nonsense goes on every Thurs. Fri., Sat. and Sunday...no heat/no hot water and NO ONE TO CONTACT!!!! Please Help!!!!

Please call 311 to file heat/hot water complaints for the public record. Tenants in your parents' building have filed a dozen complaints of no heat/hot water this month.
