Description

The one of the elevators at the 9th Street–Congress Street is a station on the Hudson–Bergen Light Rail NJT out of service every other week. There than is a long long line to use the one remaining elevator. The stairs are a dangerous choice as they are not open air. Better preventative care of the elevators is sorely needed.
