Removing the trash can isn't the solution - maybe we can have inspectors identify who is doing this an deliver a ticket. Its all the trash cans along the greenway on front street. All overflowing.. its a habit that must be broken - and I agree its coming from Pemberton and the other east-west street adjacent the park area. Bad neighbors. Maybe a camera at teh corner of Pemberton can catch these people as they walk bag in hand.
