The culvert in front of the pipe in the pond the runoff could not drain fast enough and backed up on the road covering the street drain to the sidewalk causing a dangerous condition in the street due to flooding

We’ll now there’s a tropical storm coming and forecast to produce heavy rain. Yet NO work to fix the flooding caused by the backup at the pond.
