Description

We have persistent problems with residents and/or business using the street trash cans as their own personal dumpsters. As of this writing, the cans on both the northeast and northwest corners of this intersection are filled with bags and boxes of trash, and additional boxes of trash are stacked beside the cans on the northwest corner. This is a persistent problem at these street cans that needs to be investigated and stopped!
