The light is still out. I reported it 3 days ago and no one in traffic engineering has even acknowledged this report.

I was at the intersection this evening and the light still was out. If the crew was dispatched today, they were not successful in making the repair. Also, it sure took a long time to get a response. How street often are these reports checked?
