Every single weekend we have no heat or got water. My apartment is currently 40 degrees inside and we are all freezing. We also have no hot water at all! The office is closed so we can't call them of course and no one cares! Help us !

We have found it a common practice for negligent landlords to deprive their tenants of heat and hot water on weekends, when they believe city inspections are less frequent. Please continue to call 311 and ask for weekend inspections.
