I live at 25 Burns Street and do not own the property at 799 Whitney St. The owner of that property lives in Brazil and is here for short periods of time as she has a small apt in it, but rents the rest out. She is actually here now for two weeks. I have told her many times that she needs to remove the snow, plus gave her my guy's contact info to shovel it. He did the side on Burns the other day, but as I understand it, she wouldn't pay him to do Whitney. I will call her and reiterate your concern as well as mine to shoveling Whitney. I walk that way as well! No promises, but I will see what I can do. The leases on the property always include a clause that snow removal is the responsibility of the tenants.
