This is my fifth report including one phone call and the issues remain unaddressed. Trash pickup has missed over 50% of days this month. And they refuse to pickup Xmas tree that has been sitting with trash for three weeks. Today they just pushed the tree aside and picked up the cans which they only partly emptied. I called 311 today and a supervisor guaranteed that they would come back and get the tree today. But again they did not. Please don't continue ignoring these reports and please get the tree out of the alley between Brown St and Oakwood Terrace NW
