Same issue/noisy manhole outside 28 Eld St. Had been fixed a year or so ago, making noise again now. Noise increases with vehicle speed, so loudest at night when cars use Eld as a fast cut through to Orange.

Eld St manhole -- signs of progress. CBYD white paint + yellow (gas check) + orange (telecomm check) completed.
