Hello, There is a rooster of unknown origin (we think the corner of Watkins and Sierra) crowing all day, staring in the early morning hours. Are roosters okay to have, within City limits? If not, how do we report the issue? It has been happening for a couple of weeks; but we are not sure what to do about it, The noise is an issue, especially on weekends. Many of the homes in the area have chickens, which are not a problem-- but, it is hard to pinpoint the exact location of the rooster since we are surrounded by chickens.
