My son returned home from Bourbon Highway smelling of cigarettes, which he says are apparently permitted on the outside patio. He is underage and was served alcohol without ID. I am appalled. Neighbors in the community have expressed concern about this questionable downtown establishment after someone pulled a knife in the crowd.

Thank you for the inquiry. Did you contact the Police Department to advise officers of a minor being served alcohol? This specific issue is not handled through this reporting app. Was the knife incident on the same night as your son was at the business or was that on another night? Did you son or others call the Police Department at the time it occurred?
