Description

The traffic signal at the intersection of East Franklin and Point Street (for traffic headed west on Point Street) is not working well or consistently. Traffic on Point Street backs up to Eddy Street at all times during rush hours. Cameras are up to catch people going through a red light, but you cannot have this in place if the signal doesn't let traffic flow appropriately. This needs ATTENTION! Point Street is a major Access to 95 North.
